WomanSpirit Group enrolling NOW. We will learn to sit together to learn the medicine way of council circle, share dreams, explore and expand FEminine wisdom through dialogue, dreamwork, creative arts & soulwork. Explore the mystic, religious, and shamanic paths; spiritual practices of meditation, creative visualization, shamanic journeying, are outlined and explored, with a focus on how inner work relates to the chakras and levels of awareness.

How ARt Transforms Life As we begin to understand who we are, we identify our gift and talents. We also can identify our beliefs and behaviors that limit and stop our personal growth. Using Creative Arts with a Sacred Intention; collage, paints, pastels, assemblage, and charcoal as Tools to Transform Consciousness, we create these "inner images" that reveal aspects of Self that Support us towards Creative Change. These images are like pearls which when strung together create an "inner" story that is arising from the deep self. Many times the images contain mysterious treasures that will reveal unknown aspects of self. Using dreamwork to augment inner work and the creative arts - we embrace a fuller sense of self. • Women's Spiritual
Gifts and Ways of Knowing: Priestess, Healer, Dreamer, Artist No art experience necessary. Register early, enrollment is limited. Focus is on enhancing education, self-esteem, and personal growth through inner work and creativity. This will lead to a intuitive sense of self-direction, healthier choices which lead us to an authentic life.

| ART DOLLS WORKSHOP is a fun and inspirational artistic class for women who want to explore their SOUL and CREATIVITY through study, meditation and an engagement in Art Making. This
studio class is for artists and non-artists alike; we will explore
through reading,
sharing our journey in council circle and dream sharing, and engage
in art-making with an intention to create a doll that represents
a DOORWAY for our Souls to JOURNey and CHANGE.Participants will be
lead through the sculpting process; head, hands and feet, cloth body
with wire armature, costuming, wigging, etc. When we are done the artist
and icon will be documented with professional photography along with
text story describing your process. An art exhibit is optional.To view students work

weeks with an all day weekend workshop to finish. Kristena West has a Masters in Transformative Arts & Consciousness from JFK University in Berkeley, California. Her one-of-a-kind MythMakers Art & Spirit© Dolls have been exhibited in galleries across the country, featured in national doll magazines, and her work is collected internationally. She studied shamanic traditions with indigenous elders for seven years. Currently she teaches art, personal development, and applied dream work as paths to spirit. |
